Ypsilon is a unique opportunity to get your foot in the festival business. The team works to create something bigger than themselves, and a memorable experience for all guests. Up and down rigging

We need people with strong hands who enjoy lifting heavy objects, climbing high, and who find it fun to be solution-oriented and active.

Gatekeepers

All festival participants must check with the gatekeepers. They must ensure that no one brings unwanted items into the festival area, that everyone is old enough, and that they have a valid festival wristband. The gatekeepers are the managers at the entrance, and they are the ones who ensure a safe, pleasant and unique experience for the audience.

Check-in

Check-in is one of the first points of contact with the audience, they are the ones who set the standard for the experience. Volunteers at check-in will have relatively varying tasks depending on where they are standing. It is mainly exchanging tickets for ribbons, and involves a responsibility when it comes to checking valid tickets and all that entails.

Runner

Runner is a very versatile position with a lot of action. You will be a key person for the implementation in all areas with very varied tasks, and be responsible for a tidy, pleasant festival area. Runners support those who need support and help create the ultimate festival experience for those you work with and for the audience.

Waiters and bartenders

To make the experience optimal, some really good waiters and bartenders are needed. There will be different tasks based on the different areas in Byparken, and you are guaranteed to have a unique experience.
