Chris “Abbo” Abolade was in the music industry as a photographer before he realized he wanted to tinker with the good old computer himself. When tones and good sound taste so good, there’s only one thing to do.

The multi-talented artist is a creative soul. Just because he started with music, it is not obvious that he put down his camera or paintbrush. To this day, he still paints in the creative collective Broslo at "Californebu", as Fornebu is so fondly called in the vernacular. The Oslo boy has earned a well-deserved reputation when he now has platinum-certified songs, well over 20 million streams, and a clear stamp as "one to watch".

Abbo has collaborated with several Norwegian artists, including Arif, Jonas Benyoub, Jesper Jenset, Adrian Sellevoll, and of course bestie Amara. Together with the latter, he has been through thick and thin. The "Sex and Flowers" composer has been open about the importance of talking to someone if something is bothering you, and his "someone" was Amara.

His latest project, Everybody Hates Chris, has already made a big splash in the industry and among fans. On the rise – see you again Chris Abolade!
